You made sure you included all the necessary information, educational background, work experience, presonal references, and most importantly your skills.
The awaited interview day finally comes. You select your best outfit and take care of every detail. You want to look professional and show a confident personality.
You arrive to your interview in time and start feeling the jitters. You are welcomed by the human resources personnel and taken to a small office. You are focused and ready for the classic questions. How difficult can it be to provide your personal information. You had never expected your interviewer would ask you something like: If you were a biscuit, what sort would you be?
Those are considered extreme interview questions. Have you ever been asked those types of questions. In this blog I would like you to share what you would answer to the questions I wrote at the end.
After including your answer to the questions, please share two more extreme interview questions. Everybody had to participate asnwering questions. This will be so much fun! I can´t wait to answer some of your questions.

Question 1: I´d clean my desk first. I need to have my papers in order and I try to organize them by topics. Regularly, I don´t have much time, so, knowing that my papers are sorted, let me be at peace. My car regularly is clean and my room is cleaned by my home´s assistant ... lol

1. I would be a jet to travel around the world in no time.

Your questions are tricky, very tricky... but let me give it a try:
1. I'd choose to be a Scottish Terrier. They are classy and smart.
2. If I had the power of God, mmmm, tough question, because whatever involves people it very difficult. People can't change unless they want to. Perhaps, I'd rather save my comments this time and think about it a little more.

Delete1. Definitely a Shih Tzu ´cause they are very quiet, calm and cute. Silent and companions, but not a great activity, they are very playful but a quite passive. Loves to go walking and socializing with everyone.

ReplyDeleteI prefer to clean first my room because I think that describe how you are or how it's your own life, if it's clean it's seem that you have in order your own life and i think if you rest in a clean environment you rest better and enjoy to be there, and when you have a grateful rest your day starts better and you do your task better.

About the job, I create a job that I loved doing it like I wasn´t working, and of course that this job was near home, a very good payment, inclouding life, medical and car insurance. A travel to all my family twice a year.

ReplyDeleteI clean my room first, because is the place that we look when wake up, and for me if my room is disorderly is it to start the day with stress.
Then my desk, but for me it's not a problem because all job is in muy personal computer, I dont use any papers, and i dont have to file anything.
And for me the car isn't not important, because my kids have the ability to get dirty in less than a minute.

I had an experience with a very extreme job interview because one part of the interview one of the owner he put me to asemble a mechanic mecanism.
The extreme thing was the interview is taking the time what is take to me to finish to assemble the mechanic mecanism.
